a BEAUTIFUL stay

the hotel offered a wide array of high-quality food options and was impressively clean, a combination i value. the facilities were abundant and catered to every need a traveler might have. staff were wonderfully caring and friendly . there was also convenient parking for my car.

i experienced a slight inconvenience with the air conditioning as it seemed ineffective, especially during warmer parts of the day. this made maintaining a comfortably cool room temperature challenging at times. i hope they improve the performance .

the restaurant features a diverse menu with options for every palate, including various international cuisines. i particularly enjoyed the freshness of the seafood and the expertly prepared turkish dishes. the presentation of each dish was perfect , which enhanced the dining experience.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the balcony offered amazing sea views, i could relax and enjoy the scenery. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard , it provided fresh towels and linens.

i found plenty of food options throughout the resort. something was always being served at different corners of the hotel, and the selection included healthy choices. The availability and range of food were definitely a highlight (the Turkish delights were amazing!).

The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. It was fixed, but the room then had a noticeable smell. i reported it multiple times, but no further action occurred.

the hotel has different areas designated for both children and adults. There are many activities available throughout the day, including access to multiple pools and a private beach, providing options for relaxation and entertainment for all guests.

The staff are very friendly and keep asking if you want another drink. Guest relations are responsive. I asked for an extra pillow, and i received a menu of different pillows to choose from. They promptly assist with requests.

Check-in was very friendly and efficient, even after a late arrival. I found a large variety of quality food available at the evening buffet. The hotel and grounds were really clean, a real credit to the cleaning team. I really appreciated the beautiful and peaceful beach and gardens.

The gym was quite crowded during peak hours, so sometimes it was hard to get on the equipment I wanted.
